<p data-end="88" data-start="68"><strong data-end="88" data-start="68">Job Description:</strong></p> <p data-end="511" data-start="90">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-end="153" data-start="120">Lead Java Developer/Architect</strong> to drive the development and architecture of robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions using Java, Spring, and microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while collaborating closely with stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions.</p> <p data-end="538" data-start="513"><strong data-end="538" data-start="513">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul data-end="1492" data-start="540"> <li data-end="672" data-start="540"> <p data-end="672" data-start="542">Lead the design, development, and architecture of microservices-based applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.</p> </li> <li data-end="796" data-start="673"> <p data-end="796" data-start="675">Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p> </li> <li data-end="949" data-start="797"> <p data-end="949" data-start="799">Design and implement cloud-native applications and microservices using <strong data-end="877" data-start="870">GCP</strong> services, ensuring scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.</p> </li> <li data-end="1070" data-start="950"> <p data-end="1070" data-start="952">Collaborate on <strong data-end="985" data-start="967">CI/CD pipeline</strong> development, leveraging <strong data-end="1020" data-start="1010">GitHub</strong>, <strong data-end="1031" data-start="1022">Maven</strong>, <strong data-end="1043" data-start="1033">Gradle</strong>, and other relevant tools.</p> </li> <li data-end="1202" data-start="1071"> <p data-end="1202" data-start="1073">Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, ensuring best practices are followed in coding, testing, and deployment.</p> </li> <li data-end="1292" data-start="1203"> <p data-end="1292" data-start="1205">Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.</p> </li> <li data-end="1388" data-start="1293"> <p data-end="1388" data-start="1295">Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.</p> </li> <li data-end="1492" data-start="1389"> <p data-end="1492" data-start="1391">Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and best practices.</p> </li>
</ul> <p data-end="1522" data-start="1494"><strong data-end="1522" data-start="1494">Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul data-end="2611" data-start="1524"> <li data-end="1680" data-start="1524"> <p data-end="1680" data-start="1526">Proven experience as a <strong data-end="1567" data-start="1549">Lead Developer</strong> or <strong data-end="1584" data-start="1571">Architect</strong> with hands-on expertise in <strong data-end="1620" data-start="1612">Java</strong>, <strong data-end="1632" data-start="1622">Spring</strong>, <strong data-end="1649" data-start="1634">Spring Boot</strong>, and <strong data-end="1679" data-start="1655">RESTful web services</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-end="1753" data-start="1681"> <p data-end="1753" data-start="1683">Strong experience with <strong data-end="1723" data-start="1706">microservices</strong> architecture and development.</p> </li> <li data-end="1889" data-start="1754"> <p data-end="1889" data-start="1756">Expertise in <strong data-end="1800" data-start="1769">Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong> services, including but not limited to GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions.</p> </li> <li data-end="2026" data-start="1890"> <p data-end="2026" data-start="1892">Hands-on experience with <strong data-end="1936" data-start="1917">CI/CD pipelines</strong>, version control tools such as <strong data-end="1978" data-start="1968">GitHub</strong>, and build tools like <strong data-end="2010" data-start="2001">Maven</strong> and <strong data-end="2025" data-start="2015">Gradle</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-end="2124" data-start="2027"> <p data-end="2124" data-start="2029">Deep understanding of database technologies and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.</p> </li> <li data-end="2194" data-start="2125"> <p data-end="2194" data-start="2127">Familiarity with cloud-based databases (e.g., Cloud SQL, BigQuery).</p> </li> <li data-end="2307" data-start="2195"> <p data-end="2307" data-start="2197">Ability to work in an agile environment, understanding Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.</p> </li> <li data-end="2372" data-start="2308"> <p data-end="2372" data-start="2310">Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.</p> </li> <li data-end="2495" data-start="2373"> <p data-end="2495" data-start="2375">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</p> </li> <li data-end="2611" data-start="2496"> <p data-end="2611" data-start="2498">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</p> </li>
</ul> <p data-end="2632" data-start="2613"><strong data-end="2632" data-start="2613">Desired Skills:</strong></p> <ul data-end="2954" data-start="2634"> <li data-end="2716" data-start="2634"> <p data-end="2716" data-start="2636">Knowledge of <strong data-end="2669" data-start="2649">containerization</strong> (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).</p> </li> <li data-end="2800" data-start="2717"> <p data-end="2800" data-start="2719">Familiarity with <strong data-end="2750" data-start="2736">serverless</strong> architecture and event-driven development on GCP.</p> </li> <li data-end="2901" data-start="2801"> <p data-end="2901" data-start="2803">Experience with monitoring and logging tools like <strong data-end="2867" data-start="2853">Prometheus</strong>, <strong data-end="2880" data-start="2869">Grafana</strong>, or <strong data-end="2900" data-start="2885">Stackdriver</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-end="2954" data-start="2902"> <p data-end="2954" data-start="2904">Prior experience in <strong data-end="2939" data-start="2924">Agile Scrum</strong> methodologies.</p> </li>
